All of our boots are made with a patented multi-density shock absorbing sole called “Trisole™ Comfort Technology” This unique soling system cushions your feet, knees, hips and lower back from normal day-to-day fatigue. It works by strategically placing pads - made of micro-cellular urethane called PORON® - in the sole and under the peak stress areas of the foot.

When you wear a pair of Steel Blue boots with TCT, you will experience:

It’s proven that multi-density soling is much more effective in cushioning and absorbing shock than a standard footbed. Trisole integrates green PORON® with PERMAFRESH®  inserts. This provides the heel and ball of the foot with extra shock absorption, with the material maintaining its structural integrity over time. The green PORON® with PERMAFRESH® is treated to resist the growth of odour-causing bacteria and fungus, including the fungus that causes Athlete’s Foot.

The finishing touch to a pair of Steel Blue boots is a special full-length, deluxe polyurethane rebound footbed. This cradles and supports the whole of the foot from heel to toe. These specifically designed Rebound footbeds will not flatten out with wear like cheaper foam imitations.
